Our founder, Meaghan Rowan Easterhaus, is a true visionary who dreamed of a brewery reimagined, and Palm Folly is the realization of that dream. Meaghan loved the traditional craft breweries of Fort Collins, CO, which she and her family frequented regularly during their six years living there. After fulfilling her lifelong dream of moving to the Florida Gulf Coast, she saw the need and opportunity to strategically pivot away from the traditional craft brewery and venture into the untapped future of hard seltzer.

The Folly Club is the fruition of her dream to create a community space with an environment and aesthetic near and dear to her interior designer heart. She envisions a day when you can find Palm Folly Hard Seltzer in every grocery and liquor store and on tap at every restaurant on the Emerald Coast. For the best iteration of Meaghan, come have a pint in the Folly Club and experience for yourself the vision that Meaghan has brought to life.

Pop into the taproom and fill a beach friendly growler with your favorite Palm Folly flavor then head on down to bask in the sunshine of the Emerald Coast! Cans are being released soon!

We have beer on draft (that we brew on site!) and wine as well as non-alcoholic and kid friendly beverages in our grab and go cooler!

We love to welcome visitors to our gorgeous family friendly tap room in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! The brewery and tap room are located on HWY 98 in The District just behind Stock & Trade Furniture and Design.

We love having families gather at Palm Folly! Well behaved dogs are more than welcome and may even receive a special treat and extra love.

Enjoy our GIANT Bavarian Pretzel with beer cheese or keep an eye out for a food truck or pop up food vendor!

The alcohol in Palm Folly is created from the fermentation of sugar in the brewing process. We are not a liquor based (vodka, tequila, etc.) hard seltzer.
