Our founder, Meaghan Rowan Easterhaus, is a true visionary who dreamed of a brewery reimagined, and Palm Folly is the realization of that dream. Meaghan loved the traditional craft breweries of Fort Collins, CO, which she and her family frequented regularly during their six years living there. After fulfilling her lifelong dream of moving to the Florida Gulf Coast, she saw the need and opportunity to strategically pivot away from the traditional craft brewery and venture into the untapped future of hard seltzer.
The Folly Club is the fruition of her dream to create a community space with an environment and aesthetic near and dear to her interior designer heart. She envisions a day when you can find Palm Folly Hard Seltzer in every grocery and liquor store and on tap at every restaurant on the Emerald Coast. The alcohol in Palm Folly is created from the fermentation of sugar in the brewing process. We are not a liquor based (vodka, tequila, etc.) hard seltzer.
